Seems like it’s a slow news day all around, what with the economy tanking and the remaining employed Americans losing their jobs… What better time to make your own news than right?
This week, MUReview.net will be giving away one (1) 2011 San Diego Comic-Con Exclusive Sentinel.
I am currently putting the back end together for this, and waiting for the Sentinel to show up so I can inspect and ensure it’s in Mint condition.
The Sentinel was purchased from Hasbrotoyshop.com during their SDCC 2011 Exclusive sell off 7/26/11. I expect the Sentinel this week.
Just a quick preview of the contest rules, it will be for US Residents only, or at least for people with a shipping address in the contiguous 48 states. It’s a giant item, shipping is going to be killer, and I’m not made of money. Entries are NOT BEING ACCEPTED YET, AND THE CONTEST IS NOT LIVE, but entries will be in the form of post comments with bonus entries via Twitter follows / hashtag mentions, and Facebook likes. Links and official rules will be posted when the giveaway goes live. Keep checking back this week for details!
I saw this in the ark also & I’m looking forward to the contest. I am digging this site it’s well done.
Thanks for taking the time to come visit us, and I’m glad you like what you see. Spread the word! I hope to start the giveaway between tomorrow and Saturday. I don’t want to kick this off until it’s in my hands and it’s in good condition. If it’s not I’ll still do the giveaway but I’ll list it as such
Awesome!! So I guess this means no review of sentinel then? lol
Au contraire https://www.mureview.net/?p=212 I got mine off of eBay. Paid less for the one on Hasbro with full intent to bring it to the masses as my gift to the webs.
Nevermind just saw your review lol
good job on it!! have you considered to doing video reviews as well?
Once I get more accustomed to writing reviews I may tackle video reviews. I have the ability to shoot 1080p video and the know how to edit, but I will probably sound like a tool anyway. This site is still young, and I hope it’s successful enough to let me explore stuff like that. Trying to get the site to pay for itself the first year, and yield enough to cover the second year, and then I can start setting other goals for expansion and stuff. I think I’m also going to open things up to public contributions (submitted and approved obviously), so if you have ideas, or you’d like to write something I’m happy to be an outlet for good related content!
This is awesome
Very nice.
I like free stuff!
Saw your announcement over in toyark. Cool site so far, looking forward to seeing more and having a great time here.
